Beautiful and clean room, I liked it.

There were comfortable beds and air conditioning and a dining area in the double room. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go😀

Great way to end our trip. The hotel with soundproof rooms, in a pretty area, next to the main square. A wide range of food available in the terrace. The location was marvellous and the staff were gentle. Again, walking distance to Bab Agnaou Decorative-Brick Gate.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. I had coffee at Zwin Zwin Cafe, located within 10 minutes walk.

The staff were amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The riad had a traditional and cozy atmosphere. The terrace was a great place to relax and socialize with other guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off one of the major canals and within walking distance to the local university, drinking pubs, shops, and restaurants. The main building was beautiful and full of history. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the range of facilities available, including a lovely wellness center. The staff were welcoming, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also great, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste.

My stay at Riad Hayat was absolutely fantastic. The location of the riad is perfect, just a short walk away from the main square, restaurants, and shops, yet it is not in a noisy area. The staff, including Otmane, Nezha, and Hicham, went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The highlight of our mornings was the stunning breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. The food was delicious, and the experience was truly memorable. I will definitely be returning to Riad Hayat.

As a solo female traveler, the staff and atmosphere were exceptional! The staff was fun, helpful, and professional. The cleanliness and bright setting of the riad felt really safe both inside and out. A major bonus was that I could take my bike inside my bedroom and lock it when I was out. The location was excellent, providing a little tranquility amidst the magical chaos of the medina!

The experience felt like being at home, with nothing to complain about.

Conveniently located in the heart of Marrakech's Medina district, this charming accommodation offers a unique insight into Moroccan culture and way of life. With the assistance of the friendly 24-hour front desk staff, we were able to explore the vibrant souks, mesmerizing museums, and stunning Koutoubia Mosque, all within walking distance from the hostel. Marrakech-Menara airport was just a short 5 km drive away, making our arrival and departure a breeze. After a day of adventure, we found solace in the comfortable air-conditioned double room, complete with a private bathroom equipped with a bath and a bidet. The bed linen was fresh and the seating area allowed us to relax and unwind. The highlight of our stay was the delightful evening entertainment organized by the accommodation, providing a wonderful experience of traditional Moroccan music and dance. We felt like we had stepped into another world, immersing ourselves in the rich atmosphere and enjoying every moment.

Riad Hayat was clean and well decorated in a traditional style. The location was very close to the square. The breakfast was massive and had local flavors. One special service was that the owner printed our boarding passes.
